Abstract
Dynamic sinonasal douchemaneuver is a unique maneuver that can be applied both inside the nose and to all sinuses due to the integrity of the mucosa of the nose and paranasal sinuses. This dynamic maneuver can be used as part of the treatment of nasal and paranasal sinus diseases by ensuring that the fluid taken into the nose reaches the sinuses with appropriate positioning and the patient’s nasal breathing movements.
