Sinonasal tumors are generally primary. Metastasis to the paranasal sinuses is less common. In this article, a 70-yearold female case who applied to the emergency department with the complaint of sudden onset of decreased vision is presented. In this case, the diagnosis and treatment process of the patient who had a mass in the sphenoid sinus close to the orbital apex, whose pathology result was reported as poorly differentiated thyroid carcinoma metastasis, was discussed.
