Abstract
Osteoblastoma is a rare, locally aggressive neoplasm usually occurringin adults. This disorder generally involves the vertebral column and long bones, and surgery is the treatment of choice. The authors describe a pediatric patient complaining of total nasal obstruction due to a giant nasal osteoblastoma, which was successfully treated by purely endoscopic sinus surgery. Furthermore, an analysis of the literature is presented with particular emphasis on the clinical picture, diagnosis, and treatment of this uncommon illness.
